Questions, complaints and legal notices may be sent to [email protected], through our contact page or by post. These terms are available free of charge and may be saved or printed using your browser.
2. Current service
AddMeAd currently provides information about profile advertising, an interactive profile preview and a contact service. Marketplace listings, prices, availability, campaign statistics and balances shown in the preview are examples. They are not binding offers, confirmed reservations or promises of earnings.
Account registration, paid bookings, X profile updates and payouts are not enabled in this version. Using the preview does not create a subscription, fund a campaign or authorize changes to a social account. Transaction-specific terms, fees, cancellation and refund rules will be supplied before paid services become available.
3. Using the website
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business you represent. You need an internet connection and a current browser; interactive tools require JavaScript. Access to the current preview is free, apart from your own connectivity costs. You may stop using it at any time.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware or submit unlawful material. Do not infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
4. Your content
You retain rights to your content and must have permission to use images, logos or text you provide. Images and bio entered in the demo stay in your browser and are used only to render the preview. We receive no right to publish that demo content on X.
Contact messages are used to address your enquiry as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not include access credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Advertising and third-party platforms
The proposed campaign workflow requires publisher approval of the brand, creative, dates and price. A demonstration is not approval of a real campaign. Audience size does not guarantee impressions, clicks or sales.
AddMeAd is independent of X and is not endorsed by X. Third-party services have their own terms. Access restrictions, API changes or outages can affect future integrations, including profile restoration. No live delivery or restoration service is offered by the current preview.
6. Site content and availability
The AddMeAd name, design and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the site, use its intended tools and retain copies of these terms. This does not grant permission to resell or impersonate the service.
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the preview. We aim to keep information accurate, but examples should not be relied on for financial or business commitments. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
7. Complaints and misuse
To report a problem, include a description, the relevant page and an email address for a reply. Do not send passwords. We aim to answer complaints within 14 days; any shorter mandatory deadline applies. We may restrict abusive requests or access where necessary to protect the service, while preserving applicable legal rights.
8. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers retain mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Disputes are heard by courts competent under applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.
The current free preview involves no paid order. If paid services are introduced, information about applicable withdrawal rights, refunds and any lawful exceptions will be provided before an order is placed.
9. Updates
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The version and date will be published here. An update does not retroactively alter an existing agreement or remove accrued rights. New paid services will require their applicable terms before purchase.
