1. Who is responsible
AddMeAd is operated by the following sole trader registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), who is the controller of personal data handled through this website.
TrzaskIT Patryk Trzaskaul. Mikołaja Kopernika 38a lok. 12

NIP (tax ID): 1251813020
REGON: 545327816
For privacy requests, email [email protected], use our contact page or write to our postal address.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the current website and contact service. Marketplace, account and campaign screens currently show a product preview. Registration does not create an account, and the preview does not connect to X, collect payments or publish campaigns. We will update this policy before enabling those services.
3. Information you provide
If you contact us, we process your name, email address, selected topic, message and subsequent correspondence to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Images and bio text entered into the profile demo are processed in your browser. The demo does not upload them to our server, send them to X or save them as an account profile. Reloading the page clears the demo.
4. Technical information
Delivering the website requires processing connection information, including your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting and infrastructure providers may keep access and security logs. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
The contact endpoint temporarily tracks request counts and a hashed version of the sender’s email address to limit repeated submissions. These counters are held in server memory and expire automatically after one minute.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering general enquiries and complaints: our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and managing our service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Responding to a request to enter into a contract: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Security and spam prevention: legitimate interests in protecting the service and its users (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Complying with legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c).
Providing contact details is voluntary but necessary for a reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Information may be handled by providers of hosting, infrastructure and email services acting on our behalf, and professional advisers where necessary. We may disclose information to authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data. The preview does not transmit your uploaded images or bio to X or Stripe.
If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.
7. Retention
We keep correspondence while handling your enquiry and for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, complaints or legal claims. Where a legal obligation requires retention, the applicable statutory period takes priority. The retention period depends on the nature of the request and any unresolved dispute; information is not kept indefinitely simply because it was submitted.
Demo images and bio remain only in the current browser page. Contact rate-limit counters are not a permanent contact history.
8. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly choose “Allow analytics” in the consent banner. Analytics helps us understand aggregated use of the website, including pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interactions. We do not enable advertising features or use analytics for personalised advertising. Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so that we can remember it. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this website’s browser data. The profile demo keeps its contents in page memory, rather than cookies or local storage.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request by email, through our contact page or by post. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why.
You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the competent authority in your country. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
10. Children and updates
AddMeAd is intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date; material changes will be communicated where required.
